Anhui Lixing Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer dedicated to the research, development, and production of new aerospace aluminum alloys and lightweight automotive wheels. With a significant investment of $150 million USD, our company boasts an annual production capacity of over 1.2 million lightweight automotive wheels including forged wheels, flow formimg wheels, casted wheels and more than 200, 000 tons of high-quality aluminum alloy billets, ingots, and liquid. As an integrated trade and industry enterprise, Lixing Aluminum extends its efficient and convenient international trade services to global customers through our subsidiary, Shanghai Shenchang New Material Co., Ltd.

Strategically located in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, Lixing Aluminum benefits from the economic advantages of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Delta, ensuring seamless transportation by water, land, and air.

At Lixing Aluminum, we control the quality and cost of wheel raw materials from the source, thanks to our in-house production lines for aluminum billets and liquids. Our advanced production equipment includes Tilting Regenerative Melting Furnaces, Internally Guided Hydraulic Casting Machines, High Precision and Stable Casting Systems, Energy-saving Homogenizing Furnaces, and Automatic Water Immersion Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Systems. Complementing these are our comprehensive testing and inspection facilities, such as Spectrum Analyzers, High Power Microscopes, and Optical Brinell Hardness Testers, ensuring the highest quality of raw materials.

Our commitment extends to the production of one-piece, two-piece, and three-piece casting and forged wheels, successfully achieving resource recycling and reuse from 600 aluminum cans to a single aluminum alloy wheel. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes a 15, 000-ton high-pressure forging machine, low-pressure casting machines, heat treatment furnaces, CNC machining centers, coating lines, advanced X-ray inspection machines, and comprehensive wheel testing facilities. These investments ensure our products consistently meet and exceed industry standards. We have also implemented the SCADA data acquisition system and the MES production information management system, creating a digital factory for precise monitoring and management of the entire production process.

From raw materials to finished wheels, we continuously invest in equipment and production technology R&D, having earned numerous authoritative certifications including IATF16949, DOT, ISO9001, ISO50001, ISO45001, and SCS Recycled Content Standard V7-0.
